We offer coworking and office services so you can create your next killer project in a relaxed, professional environment surrounded by other great podcasters and media folks.

What we offer

We have a limited number of furnished private offices, open desks, and team rooms available for month-to-month and set-term engagements.

Desks start at $250/month and private offices at $500/month. All come with deeply discounted studio time so you can record and create on your schedule and at your pace.

We’re located at 5532 N. Figueroa St. in historic Highland Park. We’re just steps from many delicious food and drink options like Highly Likely, Villas Tacos, The Lodge Room / Checker Hall, The Gold Line, Home State, Highland Park Bowl, Civil Coffee, and Good Housekeeping, just to name a few.

  • One shareable private office for two @ $800/month
  • Hot desks @ $200/month
  • Studio time available for $75/hour peak, $25/hour off peak
