The North Figueroa Studios in L.A.’s Highland Park neighborhood are available for hourly, half-day, and day-long rentals.
Studio Description
Our split studio can comfortably accommodate up to six guests around a conference table, or three in a living room-style chat. We’re also great for solo acts — singers, performers, and voice over artists.
There’s plenty of space in the control room for your entourage to observe / produce / direct / hang out / etc.
The hourly rate is $125, with discounts for half- and full-day rentals. Off-hours / weekends are more expensive and subject to engineer availability. We offer even deeper discounts for multi-day buyouts. We also offer video and podcast production packages.

Location & Parking
We’re located at 5532 N. Figueroa St. in downtown Highland Park, just steps from many delicious food and drink options. Parking is fairly easy via metered street parking and a nearby municipal lot — but be careful, parking enforcement is always lurking. Tickets come easy and cars overhanging driveways, even just a few inches, have been towed. We also offer onsite VIP parking for $15 / space.

Studio Policies
Payment due at time of booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Files are available for 7-days after your session. Studio bookings include any time you need to dress your set. Discounts are available for extra-long set up time.
